Submission Guidelines
- Papers must report a substantial and original advancement in a novel area of engineering for enterprise systems. The contribution should be both significant and unpublished.
- Authors must register for ICICEES 2026 before submitting their paper to the conference.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must attend and present at the conference.
- Ensure that your article is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not currently under review by any other publication or conference.
- Only papers that are presented at the conference will be processed for publication.
- Papers without full author registration and conference presentation will not be considered for publication.
- At any stage of the submission process, if the organizers determine that the manuscript does not comply with the publisher's standards, it will not be considered for further publication.
- Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to their submission.
Quality and Compliance
- Plagiarism must not exceed 10%.
- Co-authorship is allowed, with a maximum of 3 authors per paper.
- Each author must register individually if attending the conference.
- Four papers across all four tracks will be selected for the Best Paper Award.
Abstract Submission
- Length: 200-250 words
- Content: Must clearly outline the purpose, methodology, key results, and implications
- Format: Times New Roman, 12 pt, single-spaced, justified
- Required Details: Title of the paper, author name(s) and affiliation(s), email of the corresponding author, and 5-7 keywords
Full Paper Submission
- Length: 3000-6000 words, excluding references
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
- Structure: Title, author details, abstract, keywords, introduction, literature review, methodology, findings and discussion, conclusion and implications, and references
- Reference Style: APA 7th Edition or IEEE style, as per the track
